Printing them
Print at 100%, not "fit to page".
The sheets are laid out at US Letter with a half-inch safe margin, and the corridor widths and target sizes on them are chosen for a specific age of hand. Scaling shrinks those. In the print dialog choose Actual size or Scale: 100%.
Black-and-white or grayscale is fine, because the pages have no color in them. Plain copier paper works too. The lines are heavy enough that nothing drops out on a home printer.
